Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (Insurance / Agency Channel preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Recruit train and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth.
- Guide advisors in prospecting pitching and closing life/health insurance sales.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective team management.
- Conduct regular training programs team meetings and joint field calls with advisors.
- Support advisors in business planning and performance improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and IRDAI regulations.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and people management skills
- Prior experience in insurance or agency recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor a team of advisors
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Minimum 1 year of stability in the last company
- CIBIL score of 650 or above
