Job Summary

The Orgs Digital Public Health Program is developing the next generation of scalable and interoperable digital health systems in India integrating WhatsApp-based nudging workflow automation conversational AI and data-driven decision support tools. With a strong partner ecosystem and initial product deployments already in place we are now strengthening our in-house technology and product capabilities.

As Product Manager Digital Health you will be the critical bridge between technology teams and field realities ensuring that digital innovations genuinely solve problems for health workers and communities. Acting as the Product Owner for our digital suite you will convert user research and ground insights into workflows user stories and iterative feature enhancements. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment and scale while coordinating with technical research and implementation stakeholders.

Duty Station: Delhi (with travel to implementation locations)
Reporting to: Chief Strategy Officer Digital Health

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead user research and human-centered co-design with ASHAs ANMs and field teams.

  • Convert field insights into structured product requirements workflows and user stories including specifications for AI-based predictive models and voice interfaces.

  • Serve as Product Owner collaborating with full-stack and data/AI engineers to build user-centered digital products.

  • Manage product backlog sprint planning and iterative development cycles with engineering teams.

  • Lead deployment and field-pilot rollouts ensuring prototypes are tested and refined through real user feedback.

  • Coordinate across technology design research M&E and partner organizations to deliver integrated product experiences.

  • Track adoption and performance through analytics dashboards feedback loops and impact measurement.

  • Support field training AI model validation and continuous iteration of voice-enabled and AI-assisted tools.

  • Ensure alignment with government stakeholders and compliance with national digital health standards.

  • Prepare detailed documentation including product specifications workflows release notes and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Masters in Public Health Social Work Business Administration CS or related fields.
  • Experience (5-8 years):

    • Leading digital or AI-enabled product development with end-to-end responsibility for roadmap execution.

    • Field experience working with community health workers (ASHA ANM AWW) and government health systems at district/sub-district levels.

    • Managing multi-stakeholder projects across technology content M&E communications and partner organizations.

    • Facilitating collaboration across government agencies NGOs and technology partners.

    • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp automation platforms (Glific Gupshup WATI) and familiarity with AI/ML-driven digital tools and dashboards.

    • Proficiency in tools like Trello JIRA Google Sheets and analytics dashboards.
