Job Summary
As a Waking Night Care Assistant youll stay awake and alert throughout the night ensuring our residents receive the care and reassurance they need.
What Youll Be Doing
Provide personal care and overnight support
Carry out regular safety and wellbeing checks
Respond promptly to requests for assistance
Keep accurate records and handover notes for day staff
Maintain a calm homely environment while respecting privacy and dignity
What Were Looking For
A caring patient and reliable nature
Ability to stay focused and alert throughout night shifts
Previous care experience (Full training provided)
Good communication and teamwork skills
