Job Description:
Name of the organization: STEM Learning Private Limited
Type of business - B2B Sales
Experience 2 to 5 years in B2B Sales with Corporate CSR Fundraising or Institutional
Sales or relevant sales profile
Location : Goa
Remuneration: Up to 35000/- (Somewhat flexible for the ideal candidate)
Preference will be given to immediate joiner only
Qualification-
Graduate/PGDM/ MBA in sales or equivalent level.
BSW/MSW with fundraiser on CSR would be added advantage.
Selection Criteria:
Must have experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
Should know how to use CRM application (preferred).
Should have good communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Having experience in fundraising would be an added advantage.
Having exposure to the development sector would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibility Area:
Compile and maintain a database of national and local donor organizations (national
foundations bilateral and multilateral agencies and private corporations offering
donations).
Create and pitch proposals/ presentation to potential clients.
Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities
matching the work of the organization.
Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual clients and
raise funds for the activities of the organization.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and respond to their requests regularly
and keep updating them about the work of the organization.
To be available for free travelling across the district for conducting meetings with
govt. Officers industry and corporate clients.
Proactively deepen existing donor relationships identify new Donors investors and
client meetings and do follow up.
Set fundraising/ revenue goals and develop strategies and plans to achieve them.
Working Days and Hours
Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Shift Hours: 10 am to 6:30 pm
