Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to head the Value Proposition & Marketing Activation function across the Expansion Market region. This role will be instrumental in developing differentiated customer-centric value propositions for our Building & Construction solutions and in driving their deployment through integrated marketing tools and campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales product management and country leads to align messaging drive engagement and support business growth across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Value Proposition Development
- Lead the creation refinement and management of value propositions for key business segments and product lines.
- Drive alignment between customer needs market insights and company strengths to craft compelling quantifiable propositions for each of the key segments and stakeholders in the value chain.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to co-develop messaging strategies with regional and global teams.
- Marketing Activation & Communication Tools
- Translate value propositions into clear and engaging marketing materials including white papers presentations brochures digital content explainer videos use cases reference projects newsletters demo units and more.
- Lead execution of content strategy for campaigns across platforms (online offline web events social direct marketing etc.).
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure consistent high-quality output.
- Sales Enablement & Internal Training
- Enable sales and business development teams with relevant messaging tools and collateral to articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Conduct training webinars and workshops to embed consistent messaging across internal and customer-facing teams.
- Stakeholder Leadership & Governance
- Serve as the lead for strategic messaging and customer value communication.
- Liaise with global marketing and product leadership to ensure regional adaptation while maintaining brand coherence.
- Manage marketing budgets related to content creation and activation efforts.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Architecture Engineering or related fields; MBA preferred.
- 12 years of experience in B2B /B2C marketing or strategy preferably within the Building & Construction Infrastructure or adjacent sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying value propositions across multi-country markets.
- Deep understanding of the construction ecosystem (developers architects designers contractors consultants OEMs etc.) and regional business dynamics.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and leading cross-cultural teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in content management systems digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
- Excellent writing storytelling and visual communication abilities.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for the role.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction smart building systems or automation technologies is advantageous.
