Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to support project intake scheduling and timely
- execution.
- Collaborate with project managers on capacity planning prioritization and removing blockers.
- Facilitate partner review and approval workflows to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain and monitor project timelines flagging risks and proactively supporting resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration ensuring team and partners are informed and aligned.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve team efficiency and productivity.
