Job Description
1. Responsibility for Teaching the Students.
2. Responsibility and accountability for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the Department in line with Faculty and University strategic plans
and direction.
3. Active membership of and contribution to the Faculty Development Program and the overall leadership and management of the Faculty.
4. Development and sustainment of appropriate structures for managementconsultation decision-making and communication with faculties and students.

6. Provision of the best possible student experience through the fulfillment of the college responsibilities concerning students in respect of their admission internship placement progress and examination.
7. Review and develop new programs in order to attract new students and
markets.

9. Creating a dynamic and forward looking research environment for both staff
and students.

Requirements
Strong leadership quality with presentation skills.
Excellent subject knowledge
Proper understanding of college activities and requirements.
Outstanding written oral and organizational ability.
Strategic analytic and creative thinker
Having a minimum of 5 years of experience
