Key Responsibilities :-
Coordination and Follow-Ups: Manage internal and external follow-ups ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks across departments and with external partners. Data Verification: Verify that all required data is collected and accurate addressing any discrepancies promptly. Process Tracking: Monitor every step of operational processes identifying where work is delayed stuck or deviating from the plan. Issue Identification and Follow-Up: Politely follow up with the relevant person when issues arise reminding them of pending tasks or responsibilities. Problem Resolution: Identify the appropriate person to resolve process-related issues and escalate when necessary. Help Ticket Management: Raise help tickets for issues requiring intervention and confirm with the responsible party (Doer) that the problem is resolved. Corrective Action: Consult with management (Pragati & Mohit Daulatramani or designated supervisor) if corrective actions are needed to address process deviations. Process Auditing: Act as the auditor of all processes ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. Team Monitoring: Oversee the activities of team members to ensure tasks are being performed as expected. Timely Execution: Ensure all work is completed on time proactively addressing bottlenecks to maintain project schedules.
Requirements

Knowledge of Google Sheets Zoho or other process improvement methodologies. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
