Key Responsibilities
Schedule & Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive appointments meetings and complex schedules.
Communication Management: Handle and screen incoming emails calls and other correspondence acting as a communication gateway.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel including flights accommodations and visas.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and organize meetings conferences and special events.
Document & Presentation Preparation: Draft and organize reports presentations and other documents.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and sensitive company matters.
Special Projects & Research: Assist with special projects conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Financial Administration: Prepare and reconcile expense reports and manage budgets.
Stakeholder Relations: Serve as a point of contact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
