Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Research and identify new business opportunities and qualified leads through various methods including cold outreach and client visits.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product demonstrations and give engaging presentations to prospective and existing clients to meet their needs.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Closing Sales:
Negotiate terms handle objections and close sales to achieve revenue targets within a defined territory.
Market Research:
Monitor competitor activities industry trends and market changes to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain a customer database prepare sales reports and provide forecasts to management on a regular basis.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams including marketing and sales to coordinate efforts and deliver solutions for customers.
Travel and Logistics:
Travel to various locations within a territory to meet clients and promote products or services.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience in sales particularly field sales or a similar outdoor sales role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and public speaking skills.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to handle contracts and objections.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other sales tools.
