You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled Excel Technical Consultant specializing in Development and Solution Architecture to join our New Rep Escalation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in building scalable automated and performance-optimized Excel-based tools and solutions with a focus on problem resolution process improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
You will work closely with business teams product managers and IT stakeholders to develop maintain and support advanced Excel applications and escalated solutions for new representatives and sales onboarding processes.
Lead the design development and deployment of advanced Excel-based solutions (including VBA/macros Power Query Power Pivot and formulas).
Act as a subject matter expert for all Excel-related escalation issues within the New Rep Enablement domain.
Analyze and resolve complex Excel issues reported by end users during onboarding/escalation.
Architect and implement scalable Excel tools integrated with external systems (e.g. databases APIs SharePoint Power BI).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical Excel solutions.
Drive continuous improvements by identifying process gaps and proposing automation or optimization opportunities.
Provide technical documentation user guides and training to end users or internal support teams.
Ensure all solutions are aligned with company security compliance and governance standards.
Maintain version control and change management practices for Excel-based tools.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
5 8 years of hands-on experience in Excel development (VBA macros advanced formulas Power Query).
Experience in Excel-based solution architecture and integrating Excel with external systems (SQL APIs etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to handle escalated and high-priority issues effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem especially Excel Power Automate Power BI and SharePoint.
Experience in data modeling and visualization within Excel and Power BI.
Solid understanding of SDLC and agile project management methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in sales operations or rep onboarding processes.
Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and their integration with Excel.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python JavaScript) for automation or data handling.
Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g. UiPath Power Automate Desktop) is a plus.
