What You Get To Do in This Role -
Be part of a content and curriculum design team ensuring the success and quality of new and existing courseware (Instructor-Led Training On-Demand content and Simulators).

Create a diverse range of learning materials-written video interactive modules job aids-tailored for self-service live and virtual instructor-led training.

Participate in pre-release planning to research and discuss release changes across product portfolios.
-
Write clear concise chapter narratives; develop real-world use-case-based examples and guided lab exercises.
-
Create assessments including knowledge checks exams performance assessments and credentialling aligned with legal compliance.
-
Develop interactive and engaging training content for Generative AI and Agentic AI.
-
Drive learning outcomes for generative AI tools and expand knowledge using approved AI resources.
-
Collaborate with course owners instructors stakeholders SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather course requirements and content.
-
Demonstrate project management skills across multiple courses and mentor junior team members (e.g. scheduling updating plans tagging metadata reporting).
-
Evaluate existing learning materials identify gaps and propose improvements.
-
Manage course survey data and coordinate with course owners/simulator teams.
-
Assist with content testing and QA to ensure accuracy and functionality .
-
Support lab instance setup by preparing data packages for each release.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you need:
-
5 years building education curriculum and content with strong instructional design principles.
-
4 years customer-facing education development experience.
-
Ability to influence consult and provide thought leadership on training/adoption challenges.
-
High flexibility creativity and dependability.
-
Experience using graphics templates icons and multimedia in ID/eLearning development.
-
Strong knowledge of MS Office and authoring/development tools (Articulate 360 Captivate Rise SnagIt Camtasia ScreenFlow).
-
Adaptability to fast-changing environments; ability to work extended hours during peak periods.
-
Ability to work across global teams and time zones.
-
Experience with rapid development and quick-turnaround deliverables; experience with measurement and assessments is a plus.
-
Undergraduate or graduate degree in instructional design education organizational development or equivalent experience.
-
Relevant industry certifications (ID curriculum development project management etc.).
-
Working knowledge of Agile practices and SDLC.
-
Proactive problem-solving timeline management and multi-project ownership.
-
Experience with AI integration in workflows decision-making or problem-solving.
-
