The role supports marketing teams across digital strategy execution performance optimization MarTech adoption and end-to-end customer journey improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop digital marketing strategies across channels such as paid media web CRM and social
Understand customer journeys and identify optimization opportunities
Partner with analytics teams to drive KPI improvements across acquisition and retention
Enable adoption of Adobe Google or Salesforce marketing technologies
Lead conversion rate optimization personalization and testing initiatives
Review campaign performance trends and recommend actionable improvements
Support tagging tracking and data hygiene practices for accurate analytics
Drive stakeholder alignment documentation and marketing governance
Skills & Experience
5 8 years of digital marketing or marketing technology experience
Strong knowledge of CRM email web analytics and paid media fundamentals
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud Google Stack or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
