Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Prepare and publish job postings on recruitment portals and professional networks.
Shortlist and schedule interviews with candidates in coordination with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Support HR functions related to employee engagement and documentation when required.
Requirements
2 4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.
Experience with Zoho Recruit is highly preferred.
Knowledge of other recruitment portals (e.g. Naukri Indeed LinkedIn) is encouraged.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
