Inviting applications for the role of Consultant SAP ABAP HR Technical!

Responsibilities
Should have experience in implementation & support projects especially
SAP payroll as module.
Good understanding of HCM functionalities and to be able to prepare technical specifications as per the requirementsDesignBuildTest and Deploy .
Should be experienced and proficient in all RICEF and ABAP OOPSBADI reports & Module pool programming.
Should be good in all areas of HR like PATM and payroll.
Very good knowledge on Info types Usage of LDB (Logical Database)
Macros and Custom enhancements.
Must have done developments in all HR areas especially Payroll.
Should be expertised in creation of custom functionality of payroll objects
like Operations & Functions.
Experienced in handling third-party systems and handled integrations functionality.
Good Debugging skills.
Play key role in overall estimation of work requirements and deliver work accordingly.
Ability to take requirement independently and deliver objects in time.
Ability to find solutions to problem proactively investigate issues when reported.
Good Communication skills with good team coordination attitude and available
to mentor the team.
Ownership-Follow through problem till it is resolved.
Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: MBA/MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills ability to apply expertise to drive complex technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues status reports and resolving impediments
