Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for LOS and LMS-related projects.
- Assist in preparing BRD FSD and user stories for development teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business operations and technology teams to ensure requirement clarity.
- Participate in system configuration testing (UAT SIT) and deployment activities.
- Support in identifying gaps process improvements and automation opportunities within lending workflows.
- Assist in vendor coordination for system enhancements and integrations (APIs third-party services).
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams functional specifications and change logs.
- Provide post-implementation support for LOS & LMS applications and resolve user queries/issues.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 1 3 years as a Business Analyst in NBFC/Banking domain preferably in the IT department.
- Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System)
- SHould have experience in BNPL tech
- Familiarity with digital lending processes (personal loans business loans co-lending etc.).
- Basic understanding of API integrations and system architecture.
- Knowledge of MS Excel MS Visio JIRA and other BA tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
- SHould have experience in BNPL tech
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory). 2 5 years of hands-on experience in sales, collections, or dealer management (preferably in NBFCs, auto finance) Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the state. Prior exposure to EV or auto-loan financing is desirable.
