Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Gather analyze and document business requirements for LOS and LMS-related projects.
  • Assist in preparing BRD FSD and user stories for development teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business operations and technology teams to ensure requirement clarity.
  • Participate in system configuration testing (UAT SIT) and deployment activities.
  • Support in identifying gaps process improvements and automation opportunities within lending workflows.
  • Assist in vendor coordination for system enhancements and integrations (APIs third-party services).
  • Create and maintain process flow diagrams functional specifications and change logs.
  • Provide post-implementation support for LOS & LMS applications and resolve user queries/issues.





Requirements



Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 1 3 years as a Business Analyst in NBFC/Banking domain preferably in the IT department.
  • Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System)
  • SHould have experience in BNPL tech
  • Familiarity with digital lending processes (personal loans business loans co-lending etc.).
  • Basic understanding of API integrations and system architecture.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel MS Visio JIRA and other BA tools.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
  • SHould have experience in BNPL tech


Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory). 2 5 years of hands-on experience in sales, collections, or dealer management (preferably in NBFCs, auto finance) Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the state. Prior exposure to EV or auto-loan financing is desirable. Sales-driven mindset and strong target orientation Dealer and customer relationship management Loan lifecycle understanding (from origination to collections) Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
