Are you a motivated Quantity Surveyor with a passion for civil and water infrastructure projects Join a dynamic engineering consultancy and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects across Gauteng.
What Youll Do:

Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for tenders and ongoing projects

Monitor budgets prepare valuations and progress payments
-
Evaluate tenders and assist with pricing documentation
-
Administer contracts and manage final accounts
-
Support project and site managers with cost control and reporting
-
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil infrastructure or water projects

Relevant qualification: BSc/BTech/Diploma in Quantity Surveying

SACQSP registration or in progress (Candidate or Professional QS)

Strong MS Excel skills & exposure to construction costing software

Excellent numerical and analytical abilities

Clear communicator methodical thinker and detail-focused
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with tender documentation and public infrastructure projects

Familiarity with FIDIC/NEC contracts
-
Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
