Customer Relations Manager Job Panel Shop Johannesburg Gauteng
A reputable and busy panel shop based in Johannesburg is looking for a dynamic Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to join their team. This vacancy is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and proven experience in the panel shop environment.
Location: Johannesburg Gauteng
Salary: R35 000 R40 000 per month
Benefits: UIF Provident Fund
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a panel shop environment is essential
- Strong working knowledge of TMS Audawatch and insurance portals
- Skilled in handling customer complaints and ensuring swift resolutions
- Proven ability to maintain CSI scores above 95%
- Ability to generate and interpret reports
- Experience overseeing service advisors
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
