A reputable and busy panel shop based in Johannesburg is looking for a dynamic Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to join their team. This vacancy is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and proven experience in the panel shop environment.

Location: Johannesburg Gauteng

Salary: R35 000 R40 000 per month

Requirements:

5 to 10 years of experience in a panel shop environment is essential
Strong working knowledge of TMS Audawatch and insurance portals
Skilled in handling customer complaints and ensuring swift resolutions
Proven ability to maintain CSI scores above 95%
Ability to generate and interpret reports
Experience overseeing service advisors
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
