Our client a reputable private dealership is actively seeking a Motor Vehicle Licensing & Registration Clerk with specialized knowledge in vehicle registrations. Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Licensing and Registration of vehicles.
Matric: A high school diploma is a fundamental requirement.
Pressure Handling: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under high-pressure scenarios.
Administration Skills: Proficiency in office administration with an outstanding commitment to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective interaction.
Valid Drivers License: A valid drivers license is a mandatory requirement.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Liaison: Efficiently communicate with the dealership concerning vehicle license and registration procedures.
Documentation Management: Ensure that all registration and licensing documents along with invoices are promptly submitted to the bank/licensing department.
Number Plates: Assume responsibility for ensuring that number plates adhere to dealership requirements.
Forms: Acquire all pertinent forms in advance from the traffic or licensing department.
Creditors: Manage creditors associated with licensing and registration.
Office Administration: Carry out fundamental office administration tasks.
