Job Summary

Our client a well-established and growing organization is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing direct sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated results-oriented leader to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced competitive environment. This role is a Junior to mid level role. The sales Manager will be required to assist tema in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead manage and inspire a direct sales team ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the office automation industry driving business growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching feedback and development opportunities to maximize individual and collective success.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction retention and the identification of new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth sales process.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and sales regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a direct sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
