What Youll Do:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team
Manage operations budgets and resources
Build powerful relationships with schools partners & funders
Ensure top-quality programme delivery across provinces
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences Education Psychology (or related field)
Postgrad/Masters/Management qualification big advantage
7 years leadership & operations experience (development/education sector ideal)
Strong strategic financial & people management skills
Purpose-driven adaptable and an excellent communicator
