**Clinic and Call Coverage Information**
The clinic operates from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily with night call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The organization prefers to engage a provider who can cover both clinic duties and night call during weekdays; however they are also open to options for those willing to take 24-hour call without clinic responsibilities on the specified dates.
The initial assignment will include sporadic dates with the expectation of finding a provider who can offer more consistent coverage for an extended period.
The position focuses exclusively on adult patients with an average patient volume of 2-5 patients per day.
The electronic medical record system utilized is EPIC and general urology procedures are required. Full travel expenses will be covered.
**Qualifications Required**
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within five years of residency completion
Required- Indiana medical license obtained at the time of submission or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
Required- Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certification and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
Required- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Required- Robotics training is highly preferred
