We are currently seeking a skilled MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Anesthesiology In this role you will play a crucial part in providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the safety and comfort of individuals during medical interventions. You will be involved in a variety of projects from administering anesthesia in operating rooms to managing pain relief in critical care settings.

Responsibilities:
- Administer various types of anesthesia before and during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
- Manage pain relief for patients in critical care units.
- Collaborate with surgeons physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthesia care plans.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the anesthesia process.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis management during anesthesia.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Anesthesiology.
- Valid state medical license to practice as an Anesthesiologist.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Schedule: 7:30a-5p
1:10 beeper call rotation weeknights and weekends
Cases: OB ENT GI ortho bariatrics bread & butter surgery breast neuro and trauma
No heart or thoracic cases
Will supervise CRNAs
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Compensation & Benefits:
