Location: Northern Suburbs of Athens
Work Model: Hybrid - 90 days per year work from anywhere
Reporting Line: Reports to the Team Leader
What you will do:
As a Technical Solution Design Specialist you will be part of a team of specialists delivering cutting-edge fintech solutions working closely with the client product management and software development team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Translate client business requirements into scalable technology solutions using the companys in-house platform
- Collaborate with clients business and technical stakeholders to ensure IT solutions are fully aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop use cases flow diagrams integration requirements and solution documentation to support design and delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering Quality Assurance Product Management Business and Operations to deliver innovative solutions
- Evaluate and prototype APIs for third-party integrations
- Work closely with Software Architecture team by identifying needs and opportunities for new feature in the companys in-house platform
- Provide technical consultancy to the sales team including giving demonstrations and assisting on RFP responses
Requirements- A BSc / MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3 years of experience in related roles such as Solutions Designer Solution Architect or Business Analyst
- 4 years of hands-on experience in software development (backend development databases and third-party service integration)
- Hands-on knowledge of web services and SQL
- Basic understanding of fundamental networking concepts
- Experience in product-oriented projects and release management processes
- Experience in software development processes and issue tracking systems
- Occasional participation in online workshops with stakeholders across different time zones
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 3-4 per year)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and organization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities in both Greek and English
Will be highly appreciated:
- Experience in Telco Billing systems and/or Banking Systems
