主な業務
ショッパーインサイトの把握と分析
消費者調査の設計と分析それに基づく改善提案
競合分析および市場トレンド調査
セールスチームへの商品企画提案
セールスプロモーションの戦略立案と実施
セールスプロモーション実績分析およびインサイト提供
Shopper Insights チームメンバーの管理
資格要件
4年制大学卒業以上
チームリーダー経験3年以上
以下いずれかの経験者
消費財のオンライン業界３年以上経験者
消費者リサーチ業界３年以上経験者
求める人物像
- 積極性開拓マインドがある方
- ロジカルデータドリブンに意思決定できる方
- コミュニケーション力に優れた方

- ビジネスレベルの英語でコミュニケーション力
