Siamo alla ricerca di un/a giovane professionista per potenziare il nostro team Corporate M&A e Private Equity sede di Milano.
Il/la candidato/a ideale è un/a professionista che abbia maturato da uno a tre anni di esperienza presso primari studi legali in ambito Corporate M&A e Private Equity e Finance.
Requisiti richiesti:
conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
ottimo curriculum accademico (voto di laurea in Giurisprudenza da 105/110)
capacità di lavorare in team e su diversi progetti contemporaneamente
