Note: Permanent and time-limited NC State Government employees must separate from their permanent or time-limited position in order to work in a temporary position. All temporaries are limited to one NC State Government temporary assignment at a time.

Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $2100 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 4312 District Dr Raleigh NC 27607.
This position provides support to the Case Management team as a supervisor supervising up to 5 employees in the Case Management unit (4 Admins and 1 Transcriptionist) and will coordinate activities to streamline medical examiner billing processes. This position may also assist with data migration of decedent case information in the current Medical Examiner Information System (MEIS) and Medical Examiner Information System-Replacement (MEIS-R) and draft policies and procedures. This will include overseeing the organizations decedent paper files and preparing for archiving. Facilitate Case Management temporary employment activities including preparing job orders and onboarding new temporary employees. Assist with special projects such as updating policies and procedures and redesigning the OCME public-facing website.Knowledge Skills and Abilities / Competencies
