Job Summary
Were seeking Client Solutions Specialists to join our growing remote this role youll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking guidance helping them navigate available solutions and make confident decisions. Youll build long-term relationships through meaningful conversations education and ongoing support. This position is ideal for self-driven professionals who want flexibility growth and unlimited earning potential in a performance-based role.
Responsibilities:
Proactively connect with clients nationwide via virtual meetings or phone consultations.
Assess client needs and educate them on available solutions that fit their unique goals.
Maintain organized and timely communication with clients ensuring all follow-ups are handled efficiently.
Build and nurture long-term relationships through trust consistency and professionalism.
Collaborate with team mentors to improve communication continuously and client service skills.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
Previous customer service or advisory experience is helpful but not required
