Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Liaison to support multiple departmentsincluding the Emergency Roomacross our Whitehall Blair and Independence clinic locations.

What Youll Do

Partner with Clinicians Nurses and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling
Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy
Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
8/9-hour shifts available between 7:30 AM 5:30 PM including rotating weekends
Part-time (28 hrs/week)

What Youll Need

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
