Technical Business Analyst Data & Systems
Salary: 50000 Location: Dublin On-site with some flexibility

You will be a part of the Data and Infrastructure team. This role will play a key part in furthering our goal of bringing AI and automation to the forefront of our decision-making ensuring that technology continues to power the next phase of our growth.
What Youll Do
Build and maintain dashboards and reports (PowerBI SQL Excel) to support decision-making.
Explore automation and low-code/no-code solutions (Power Automate N8N Power Apps ERP integrations).
Work with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure and Snowflake to support scalable secure data solutions.
Manage and document business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
Support third-party system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Troubleshoot system issues provide training and act as the go-to person for data and system queries.
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Identify opportunities for new technologies AI-driven solutions and process improvements as the business grows.
What Were Looking For
3 years experience in a Business Analyst Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong skills in PowerBI.
Python for data manipulation and automation.
Curiosity and drive to explore new tech and automation tools.
Some familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) or modern data warehouses like Snowflake is a plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills able to work with technical and non-technical colleagues alike.
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced growing business environment.
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) or modern data warehouses like Snowflake.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.
Knowledge of GitHub environment and version control
Knowledge of APIs and systems integration.
Exposure to ERP technologies.
Previous project management or consultancy experience.
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Data Engineering Computer Science Data Analytics or a closely related field along with proven relevant experience.
