Givens Aldersgate is looking for a full-time End User Support Specialist to join our Technology team! The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technology support to the residents of Givens Aldersgate as a provider of solutions for end-user hardware and/or software needs. This position is responsible for providing a variety of configuring installing troubleshooting and supporting end-user technology hardware and software.

What youll do:

Evaluate schedule and provide technology to Aldersgate residents
Assist IT Manager with providing business healthcare and residential users with technology support
Oversee deployment of hardware and software
Update and create technical documentation
Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What youll need:

Must have a verifiable knowledge of modern desktop computer hardware and software systems
Some combination of work and educational experience in desktop support is preferred
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Compensation is $21.00 - $25.00 per hour based on background and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package!
