POSITION: Paint Line Worker
LOCATION: River Falls WI
START DATE: Immediate
SHIFT OPTIONS:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday (Possible mandatory overtime on Fridays)

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday (Possible mandatory overtime on Fridays)
  PAY RATE: Starting at $17/hour

Role Overview

Join a dedicated team working in a moderately paced environment to prepare parts for high-quality painting. Responsibilities include cleaning drying hanging and moving parts through the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload parts for processing.

• Hang parts securely on the paint line.

• Clean parts by washing and drying them before and after painting to ensure optimal finish quality.

• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus though not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
