Are you a proven leader passionate about driving growth in the mortgage industry Were looking for a Consumer Direct Manager (Mortgage Sales Manager) to lead mentor and expand our team of Loan Officers.
In this role youll be instrumental in shaping our market strategy boosting loan production and fostering a collaborative environment.
What Youll Do:
- Produces personal loan volume at or above goal expectations.
- Drive strategic initiatives sales strategy and leadership/management of production in alignment with corporate goals.
- Oversee production goals based on recruiting activities and the development of Consumer Direct Loan Officers.
- Identifies market opportunities and hires/develops Consumer Direct Loan Officers.
- Maintains an active recruiting database.
- Recruits training and development of Consumer Direct Loan Officers.
- Provides ongoing coaching to Consumer Direct Loan Officers to drive efficiency and increased sales production.
- Manages daily sales of Consumer Direct Loan Officers including adherence to key metrics time blocks scheduling sales and technical skills.
- Provides regular performance reviews for all Consumer Direct Loan Officers.
- Provides regular reporting on production performance.
- Identify new business opportunities for their existing Consumer Direct Loan Officers to meet goals.
- Develops and executes overall market strategy to increase volume market share and profitability.
- Collaborates with operations support to ensure customer service loan quality and pull-through targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
- Work with the Consumer Direct Loan Officers and the Processing Department on loan issues.
- Communicates and implements company policy and procedures.
- Promotes Fairway Brand in assigned geography; supports efforts that enhance the Brand.
What youll bring:
Were looking for a leader with 5 years of experience in mortgage origination or a call center environment. Youll need an NMLS License.
- Proven track record in Residential Mortgage Lending.
- Previous experience in managing sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of mortgage loan programs including Conventional FHA USDA VA and secondary marketing guidelines.
