Job Description Summary
As a Resident Services Coordinator you will respond to resident inquiries and concerns provide community information and conduct move-in orientations to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. You will also follow up with residents after services are performed to ensure their satisfaction. Above all were looking for someone passionate about exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional service.
