HubSpot Academy Learning Coordinator - Project Manager (On-Demand Content)
HubSpot Academy is on a mission to be the place people go to learn how to start and grow a business. We offer a variety of educational and inspirational content from Academy On-the-Go videos to full certification courses and onboarding to cohort learning experiences that provides valuable business training to people all over the world.

Were looking for an innovative dedicated problem-solver who is passionate about operationalizing and scaling educational content through AI and automation analysis project management and coordination for our growing global HubSpot Academy offerings.
In this role youll be responsible for creating efficiency for and collaborating across HubSpot Academy to help bring educational experiences to our learners at scale. Our learners and team want to learn with others pick up skills specific to their job function or advance in their career. The HubSpot Academy Learning Coordinator will be a crucial role for bringing our educational experiences to market through strong project management and coordination.
In this role youll get to:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain efficient streamlined and realistic timelines DACIs communication channels and documentation to move our HubSpot Academy educational content and experiences from concept through to launch.
- Support the project management tasks due dates and timelines related to the on-demand content creation process to ensure project success.
- Support the project driver and collaborators to ensure project deliverables are successfully completed to drive project momentum.
- Identify and analyze project risks and adapt plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges or changing priorities.
- Identify opportunities for and foster collaboration across all HubSpot Academy teams and stakeholders to ensure project completion and success based on the aligned goals.
- Operationalize HubSpot Academys project management processes and templates with AI and automation to increase consistency and efficiency.
- Develop resources to evolve the HubSpot Academy team project management processes.
Were looking for someone who:
- Studied or has an interest in operations roles ideally in project management content development teams and/or learning management systems
- Has experience with long-term cross-functional project management
- Has experience with project management and database tools such as Airtable and Asana
- Can gather data synthesize and identify trends and develop recommendations and implementation plans for educational experiences and related strategic initiatives
- Can identify process improvement opportunities to better inform our educational content creation process
- Has excellent synchronous and asynchronous communication and interpersonal skills
- Is passionate about teaching others
Cash compensation range: USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
