The Executive Sales Administrator supports business objectives by working collaboratively with our clients and management team members to execute sales marketing and customer service initiatives while helping to build and maintain a strong corporate culture.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Administrator include but are not limited to:
- Primary customer service contact for prospects who have questions about proposals or our services and products and attend meetings when necessary
- Coordinate responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) including preparing narratives and case studies coordinating pricing and reviewing contracts
- Act as the primary business operations liaison for prospects and new clients during onboarding ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Facilitate requests for temporary or surge service in partnership with field operations.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors (uniforms equipment technology) including pricing contract renewals and service quality.
- Management of client budget needs and requests for adjustments or clarifications
- Monitor risk management compliance including contract terms and certificate of insurance requirements
- Maintain Salesforce Lightning CRM data throughout the sales process.
- Represent company at industry and trade organization events as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications of the Sales Administrator:
- Education and/or : Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in project management sales hotel administrative assistant or related roles
- Certificates Licenses Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
- Language Skills: Must have the ability to read write speak and understand English.
- Other Qualifications: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus but not required. Ability to work unpredictable hours including some evenings and weekends. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
Travel: Ability to travel to client and branch office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel.
Salary & Benefits: Base salary is 70000-80000K with a discretionary year-end bonus.
