Marlowe Fire & Securitys Trainee Sprinkler Engineers

Join Us as a Trainee and Build a Career in Fire Safety

As a Trainee Sprinkler Engineer you will be hands-on from day one assisting with installation and service works across multiple disciplines while being fully supported by experienced qualified engineers.

Youll earn while you learn complete a structured training programme and gain recognised qualifications all while working on real projects that make a difference. With clear career pathways ongoing mentoring and the reassurance of always being accompanied until fully competent this role offers the perfect environment to develop into a skilled and confident engineer.

During your first six months youll receive industry-leading training delivered by our expert team at Marlowe. This includes a blend of classroom-based learning and practical on-the-job experience at some of our most prestigious client sites. Youll be mentored by a dedicated and experienced Engineer ensuring continuous support and professional development throughout your training.

  • Work alongside experienced Service Engineers to gain hands-on experience with Sprinkler Systems Dry/Wet Risers Fire Hydrants and Fire Hose Reels developing your technical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Represent Marlowe Fire & Security on-site becoming a trusted part of our engineering team and building strong customer relationships.
  • Support the team in meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations learning how to deliver projects to the highest standard.
  • Uphold professional conduct at all times delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating Marlowes values in everything you do.
  • Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and Quality systems developing safe working practices that will support your career progression.
  • Keep clear and accurate records of all work completed including timesheets and service documentation to build strong foundations in industry standards.
  • Actively engage with your structured training programme completing portfolios and maintaining high standards of practical and written work.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and modules continually expanding your skills and knowledge.
