Your Mission: Delivering Outstanding Digital Support

As a Dutch-Speaking Digital Support Specialist you will be the primary contact for users providing exceptional assistance exclusively through email and chat channels. Your core objective is to ensure every customer interaction is positive efficient and leads to a satisfactory resolution.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Expert Written Communication: Engaging with customers in Dutch via email and chat addressing their questions and delivering clear empathetic and effective solutions. Your impeccable written communication will be key to user satisfaction.
  • Platform Mastery: Rapidly developing a comprehensive understanding of the projects platform features policies and operational procedures. This expertise will enable you to provide accurate thorough and up-to-date information to users.
  • Effective Troubleshooting: Skillfully diagnosing customer issues and guiding them through resolution steps for common problems. For more complex or technical challenges youll expertly escalate them to the appropriate internal teams ensuring every query is addressed.
  • Detailed Record-Keeping: Meticulously and accurately documenting all customer interactions inquiries and resolutions within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is crucial for tracking issues analyzing trends and ensuring service continuity.
  • Insight Generation: Proactively identifying recurring themes or trends in customer feedback and reported issues. By highlighting these insights youll directly contribute to ongoing service improvement and platform enhancements.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Working seamlessly with your team members and other internal departments to ensure smooth support handovers and a cohesive customer experience.
  • Driving Excellence: Consistently striving to meet and surpass predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets. Your commitment to excellence will directly influence overall service quality.
  • Continuous Development: Staying fully updated with new platform features service updates and support processes ensuring youre always equipped to assist users effectively.

What Were Seeking: Your Profile

  • Exceptional Dutch (C2 level): You must possess fluent Dutch demonstrating impeccable written communication skills for email and chat support.
  • Proficient English (B2 level): This is essential for internal communication training and effective collaboration within our multicultural team.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You naturally strive to understand and fulfill user needs.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail enabling you to effectively tackle challenges and find efficient solutions.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: Comfortable working both independently and as a team player in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads will be highly valued.
  • Highly Organized: Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously prioritize effectively and maintain high efficiency.

  • Prior Experience (A Plus Not a Must!): While previous experience in customer service social media support or a similar digital support role is certainly beneficial its not a prerequisite.   • Valid Work Authorization (Mandatory): Candidates must possess valid legal documents allowing them to live and work in the European Union/Portugal.
