Senior Director Multi-Vendor Services (Nashville TN)
The Senior Director Multi-Vendor Services Leader will execute the global strategy.
Your role:
P&L management within APM and BU impact of P&L performance
Negotiating SLAs programs and promos with business
Supporting Customer Service in critical material shortage events including whole system acquisitions and critical parts acquisition while not disturbing market price balance
Managing 3rdParty expectations WRT Philips overall
Legal Support for CSIP investigations lawsuits and enforcement
Key customer engagement on behalf of Philips (e.g. customer does not want to do business with Philips directly but wants to buy Philips parts) you could call this strategic customer recovery and protection
NPI for aftermarket portfolio where to invest and develop for SPOR support
Ability to manage a large team (100employees)
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 10 years of experience of relevant spare parts space experience within the medical device industry.
Your skills include. Minimum 5 years managing large distributed teams (100 FTEs) up to and including director level reports with direct line management.
You have a bachelors degree.
You must be able to successfully lead a business in a matrix organization.
Youre an Strong leader that has P&L ownership and has a strong understanding of the regulatory & licensing requirements in the spare parts space.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for thisposition.
Nice to haves:
1. Strong knowledge of 3rd Party Medical Device market service providers and suppliers
2. In depth knowledge of aftermarket medical device parts
3. Management experience with
4. Experience managing administration teams
5. Logistics Inventory management and Packaging knowledge
6. Experience with matrixed leadership environment
7. Expert level knowledge of Imaging and Biomed modalities
8. E-Commerce in both Direct and Indirect
9. P&L leadership and understanding impact and management of internal vs external business
10. In depth knowledge of international flow and supply of aftermarket medical device parts
11. Understanding of the use Intellectual Property and application in aftermarket environment
12. Strong sales leadership
13. Strong negotiation skills
14. Call center management/leadership experience
15. Experience in high volume transactional medical device parts business

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations. This is an office role.

The pay range for this position in Nashville TN is $172000 to $295000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
