About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented reliable Mail Room Operations Associate to oversee the daily flow of incoming and outgoing mail packages and internal deliveries. This role is essential to keeping our business running smoothly and requires a strong focus on accuracy timeliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Receive sort and distribute all incoming mail and packages to the correct departments or individuals.

Prepare and process outgoing mail including postage shipping labels and courier pickups.

Track and maintain records of shipments deliveries and postage expenses.

Coordinate with carriers (USPS FedEx UPS etc.) to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Manage mail room supplies and equipment; arrange maintenance as needed.

Follow company security and confidentiality protocols for sensitive documents.

Assist with special projects such as bulk mailings or interoffice deliveries.

Operate a company vehicle for local deliveries and interoffice runs as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must have an active drivers license and a clean driving record.

Mail room shipping/receiving or operations experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.

Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office shipping software).

Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Schedule & Compensation

Standard schedule: MondayFriday

Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience.
