Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:Matric with relevant qualifications
Minimum ten years experience in the table grapes production
Basic knowledge of sound production practices
Proficient on MS Office (MS Excel)
Good administration and communicational skills
Ability to work and lead a team
Driver license
Responsibilities:
Production:
Knowledge and experience of modern management and viticulture Practices
Personnel and Administration:
Labor planning and management recordkeeping transport and accommodation planning maintenance (equipment orchards general)
Finance:
Cost control by focusing on productivity and budget management
