Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Gauteng team. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients understanding their needs and uncovering new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with Business Unit Managers to ensure proposals and solutions align with client needs and capabilities.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure including contract and pricing negotiations.
Sales Collateral Development: Partner with marketing to create compelling sales collateral case studies and presentations.
Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activities providing actionable insights to the management team.
Solution Expertise: Experience selling software data solutions or similar offerings; strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions is preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in solution selling within software or custom software development.
Own reliable vehicle and valid SA drivers license.
Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and solutions (preferred).
