Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Building Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure developments for our established client. This senior role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects including airport developments and multi-faceted building projects while leading diverse teams through all project phases.
Requirements:
- Built Environment or Engineering qualification
- (Professional Construction Project Manager) registration
- Minimum 8 years post-registration experience
- At least 12 years post-qualification experience in Built Environment disciplines (Construction Management Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or Architecture)
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplinary building teams
- Exposure to airport projects and complex multi-faceted building developments
- Experience managing complex engineering infrastructure projects
