Salary Package: 40000 PHP to 50000 PHP/Monthly (Will be paid on an hourly basis)
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and grow social media channels create compelling content and run digital ad campaigns to support the clients. This role requires strong execution in design marketing strategy and campaign management. The specialist will handle responsibilities currently managed by the company owner ensuring professional quality and scalable processes.
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Create schedule and publish high-quality social media content (Facebook Instagram and other platforms).
- Design professional graphics and visuals using Canva to support client campaigns and branding.
- Maintain and optimize social media profiles to strengthen brand presence.
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Instagram.
- Conduct market research to support ad targeting and campaign strategy.
- Track analyze and report performance metrics to drive growth and optimize results.
Marketing Operations Support
- Organize and track marketing initiatives using Trello boards (preferred but not required).
- Use ChatGPT and similar tools for content creation and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the company owner to align marketing with client objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or related field preferred but not required.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong proficiency in Canva with proven design skills.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta/Instagram ads.
- Demonstrated success managing content calendars and multiple client accounts.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and deliver results in a growing business environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello preferred.
