Job Description:
Designation: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - ( Second Line Manager ) - Cardiac Therapy

Job Location: Chennai Coimbatore Chandigarh Howrah Kolkata Nagpur Pune

Role Objective:
To drive regional growth of the Cardiac Division by achieving volume brand and market share targets; build and develop high-performing teams; ensure policy compliance; and use analytical insights for timely corrective actions and business improvements.

This role focuses purely on meeting and engaging prescribed doctors within the Cardiac Therapy Division.

Total Experience:

  • 10–15 years of total experience in pharmaceutical sales including 2–3 years as a Second Line Manager.
  • Demonstrated success as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) or Field Sales Manager (FSM) with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience managing the same territory/market as ASM FSM RSM or ZSM is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High Result orientation: To ensure achievement of Regional Volume wise Brand wise Market Share wise Business Objectives.
  • Create a result oriented culture.
  • Business prospecting Ability to anticipate the requirements of business and develop required action plans to achieve the same.
  • Ability to identify variances and take corrective actions.
  • Team Building and ability to develop subordinates.
  • Ensuring discipline and compliance to instructions and policies.
  • Analytical ability and application ability to zero in core contributing factors and identify bottlenecks and take timely course correction.
  • Documentation and usage of Records.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: or Preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership team development and analytical skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in digital tools and online reporting.
Experience: 10 - 15 years in pharmaceutical sales with at least 2–3 years as a Second Line Manager handling cardiac or cardiology products.
Industry Preference: Candidates from reputed pharmaceutical companies with experience in Cardiac / Cardiology divisions preferred.
Age Criteria: 40–42 years.
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners & 15-30 Days.
