Job Summary

Assist the Regional Vice Presidents in developing and executing the sales strategy in the sub-region to achieve the overall growth on new revenue

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1.  Develop and implement regional & sub-regional level sales strategy and tactical business plans in accordance to Corporate and Regional companys direction.
  2. Generate New Logo and New Business for the sub-regions.
  3. Accountable to the overall sub-regional Sales Program success and performance to meet sales target allocated by the region.
  4. Drive the sales productivity to meet regional goals and corporate goals.
  5. Sponsor and build strategic business relationships with target customers within the sub-regions.
  6.  Actively participating in coaching and mentorship for the sales team. Support District Sales Managers and regional trainers on trainings for continuous improvement and promote solutions selling across the sub-region.
  7. Support hiring and interviews on potential candidates for the development of the sales program.
  8.  Drive vertical development within the sub-region in supporting vertical managers in the region.
  9.  Integrate product strategy with the sales strategy to meet customers expectation.
  10. Manage CRM System Data Integrity for the sub-region.
  11. Support and offer guidance to the sub-region on Named Account nominations in collaborating with Product Managers District Sales Manager and District / Branch manager.
  12. Continuously monitor the healthiness of the pipeline for the sub-region to ensure that opportunities are advancing within a reasonable timeframe.
  13. Develop case studies and best practices sharing within the sub-regions.
  14. Take on additional projects from the region and the sub-regions.
  15. Conduct Regular Business Review with Regional and District Management

 

 


Qualifications :

Minimum Requirement:

University graduate in supply chain or business related disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Culturally sensitive and customer-driven.

Good command of English.

Travel is required.
