Job Description
Programme Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) (two posts) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref: 533216) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelors degree with at least 3 years of solid work experience preferably in taught postgraduate programme administration and student affairs. They should be a good team player and self-starter with positive attitude be attentive to details with the ability to multitask and work independently. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required and fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
Post 1
The appointee will provide support to the administration of taught postgraduate degree programmes in the Faculty including admissions programme operations academic coordination and interaction with prospective candidates students and other stakeholders.
Post 2
The appointee will provide support to the central team including but not limited to the coordination of new projects / initiatives for taught postgraduate programmes enhancement of existing systems and other administrative duties.
They will also perform other duties as assigned. The appointees will work at the Facultys Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
