We are seeking a resourceful digitally literate and culturally attuned Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Dean of Monash Art Design and Architecture a contemporary collaborative and values-driven leader.

This is not a typical EA role. While you will manage core responsibilities complex calendar and travel coordination supporting high-level meetings and events and streamlining office operations you will also contribute in areas that reflect the creative and outward-facing nature of the Faculty and help provide the foundation for the Dean to lead effectively. About You

You are a curious and proactive professional with a strong grounding in administration and executive support complemented by experience in a creative cultural or design-related environment. You might come from a background as a studio manager or communications/operations lead or arts management and you are eager to bring that versatility sharp eye for detail problem-solving mindset and emotional intelligence to a university setting.
