What Youll Do

Manage a caseload centered on construction defect litigation with exposure to general insurance defense matters
Draft persuasive pleadings discovery and motions
Conduct and defend depositions of experts contractors and witnesses
Prepare cases for mediation arbitration and trial
Partner closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies
