Transactional Real Estate Attorney

A well-established boutique law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence and a highly collaborative culture is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with five to eight years of experience. Located in the dynamic Orange County Airport area our firm offers the unique combination of a sophisticated practice and an intimate team-oriented environment.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team you will work closely with private businesses and handle a broad range of transactional real estate matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements
Handling leasing matters and financing options
Forming special purpose and serial entities
Preparing operating agreements and limited partnership agreements
Managing occasional real estate dispute matters

Experience in real estate transactions title review real estate finance or workouts is highly valued. Knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models is a plus.

Salary Range: $140000 $210000 depending on experience
